Venue delivery & collection within 5 miles from our base is free of charge. Further afield will be charged at £1 per mile. We are based near Dulverton, Somerset

Yes, collection & return of hired items can be arranged for some of our smaller items

We aim to deliver hired items to your venue the day prior to your event, & collection the day after your event. The same timescales apply for hired items collected from our store. Depending on other bookings, this can be negotiable. However, if you require extended hire, there may be additional charges

Depending on distance, we do have some set minimum hire charges (excluding delivery & collection fees):

Up to 10 miles - £150.00

Between 20 - 30 miles - £200.00

Between 30 - 40 miles - £250.00

There is no minimum hire for collection of hired items

A non-refundable 30% deposit will be required upon booking to secure hire items for your event date. Hire of items totalling £50.00 or less will require full payment at the time of booking

Once the items you wish to hire have been confirmed, we will send you an itemized quote invoice. The non-refundable 30% deposit is then required to secure our hire items for your date. Payment of the remaining invoice balance is then required no later than 30 days prior to your event date. Please note: items are not reserved until your deposit has been received

If you decide to cancel your booked hire items before 30 days prior to your event, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, your deposit will not be refunded & the full amount of the hire items cancelled will still be charged

We do not require a damage deposit. We trust our hire items will be taken care of when in the hands of our customers. However, we also understand that accidents do happen so please inform us of any damage or breakages on collection/return of our hire items

As beautiful as it is, our handcrafted larch-wood swing is a very heavy, solid prop. Therefore, when delivering & collecting this item, we do require the help of four strong people (or a tractor)! Please take this into consideration upon booking this item

We don't have a showroom, but all of our hire items can be viewed, by prior appointment, at our store

We are always looking to add items to our hire collection & portfolio, therefore if there is something you would like that we currently do not offer, please let us know. We will be happy to try & source specific items that may also appeal to other customers to hire in the future

No, we are not VAT registered, so there are no hidden costs
